Sadie Vidrine is Rick’s teammember in charge of client services. She orders appraisals and title work, directs phone calls, helps loan originators with their files, and performs other administrative duties.

Sadie started at Hibernia Bank, now Capital One, with a front-desk temporary assignment. Rick recognized her talent and dedication and brought her on as a full-time member of his team. She has her associate’s degree in business administration from Nunez Community College.

Jennifer Tassin , junior mortgage lender, is responsible for implementing new loans and acquiring new customers. She enjoys meeting new clients, learning what they’re looking for, and being a part of their search for a new home.

Marketing Coordinator Nicey R. Simoneaux is in charge of promotions, marketing campaigns, mailings, organizing client databases, and other support duties. She’s worked with Rick Crozier for almost a decade, and she finds that she thrives on his team because of its positive atmosphere and because everyone is encouraged to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Nicey studied marketing and business at Louisiana State University from which she graduated in 1992. She’s married with two sons and enjoys the balance she’s achieved between her home life and her professional life.
